Should have researched better This might be good for a single person or a new couple, but no way will we stay here when the lease is up. Restrictions on dog breeds and sized aren't followed, complaints aren't addressed by the front office ("send us an email -w- pics") and the maintenance staff won't respond to work orders in a timely manner.
Love it here I moved into this apartment home a few months ago and I can say that I love it here. My apartment is one of the remodeled vinyl floor units. Absolutely LOVE IT!! The negative comments they have on some reviews are only a reflection of that individuals experience. As is this next statement...Bella Fiore is a wonderful, quiet, and safe place to live within. LONG BUT WORTH READING!! Warning... long post, but worth the time if you’re thinking about moving here. This place was supposed to be my first apartment, I was very excited to move in. So the first day I moved in, my a/c unit was leaking water through the kitchen and into the bedroom and closet. My carpet was soaked. My water heater didn’t work for almost a week. Beware of bed bugs!!!! bed bugs in the walls!!! Nasty disgusting, I left. I had a professional come in and he made a hole in the wall and he confirmed that they been in the building for years. This place is unprofessional, management team do not care. Disgusting, disgusting, disgusting!!!!!
Love To Call Bella Fiore Home First of all let me say thank you Edna for being so kind. You're the best. Even though I've only been here for a couple of days I couldn't be more happier. I have lived in this area for a while and I have seen a 100% change in this place. My apartment is beautiful and the grounds are kept very nice. The office staff is awesome and always there when needed. I'm very happy to call this home. Thank you again Edna you rock and so does your staff
Love the place Management is very friendly and helpful the remodeled new apartment looks and feels modern makes it feel right at home. Management is open to giving a tour and answer any questions and work with you.
If I could give a negative one I would Worst place to live! The new management team is very unprofessional and couldn't care less about there tenants. I recently called the office to speak with the manager and ' Monica' a receptionist in the front would hang up on me. I called back to back and on the fourth time she giggled and hung up on me once again. She didn't even bother to at least write my name and number down. This place is trash They switch owners almost every year leaving the apartments with untouched but fast to fix the outside..they let they security Act tough and intimidate residence that been there longer than the owners .this is not a place you want to raise your kids. Also they turn water of with no notice while knowing there's a elderly person in the residence

As far as water being shut off; only in emergencies do we shut it off without notifying the residents. ROACH INFESTATIONS & BEDBUGS moved from California to this DISGUSTING DIRTY infested with roaches. On April 28, 2017 Jessica in the front office had helped me when i walked in, she told me about the 2 bed 2 bath apartments they had available. I was the last to be helped so she was in bit of a rush so when i seen it i liked it and we went back and i gave her a check to move in same day.
