She gave great suggestions and in the end took me from my usual dark/caramel/red brown natural color to this beautiful mixture of purple, lighter purple, and pink galaxy hair that I am absolutely in love with. Better client service for new clients. I was supposed to have my hair done there today. Well didn't happen. I waited a week an half. The stylist had no interest in doing my hair. Extremely poor service.

RecommendedRachel is just fabulous! I have been searching for a great new stylist for awhile now and I’ve found her. I went in for a cut and color and Rachel took the time to confirm what I was looking and explained how we would achieve those goals. She is a master at blunt cuts it was perfection. I walked out feeling wonderful. Plus.... I love Aveda products!
