Bella Couture was extremely friendly, from their workers to the owner. I love the layout of the store and the coziness. I did not feel as if I was 1 out of a million brides they had seen. They made me feel very special and I could tell they genuinely cared and enjoyed their job.

I have contacted Jacy and asked her to talk with me. When she picked up her gown, she seemed happy and to my knowledge didn't express any dissatisfaction. If one of my staff were rude or lied to her, i do want to know. I apologize to you and have apologized to her and will make every attempt to make Jacy happy.
