Today was my first visit to Bella Capelli and I walked away with the best experience. Gabrielle worked wonders on the bad cut I had gotten a few days ago. She was very friendly and knew exactly how to cut my hair. She paid attention to what I wanted and the picture I showed her. I have been looking for a permanent stylist since I moved here and now I have one! I HIGHLY recommend Gabrielle and Bella Capelli for anyone looking to be well taken care of.
Very disappointed to show up for my 2:00 appointment only to see it given to a walk-in client. I waited 25 minutes, but left the salon because the stylist was still busy with the walk-in client. I don't think I've ever visited a salon that put walk-ins ahead of appointments.

Amy I am so sorry that his happened. Actually the client Ashley Earle took back was not a walk in. We had a stylist out sick that day and this was one of her clients we were unable to reach. Usually men's cuts can be quick and Ashley out of the goodness of her heart thought she could squeeze him in since he showed up. We are so sorry this made her late for your appointment and hope you'll give us a second chance. Have a wonderful day and God bless.
Loved my haircut by Gabrielle. I would recommend her and Bella Capelli to everyone. She paid close to everything I said and asked questions along the way to ensure I was getting exactly the haircut I wanted. I have been looking for the perfect salon and stylist since I moved to Augusta, and now I have found it.
Juanita did a fantastic job! We cut off over a foot of hair AND she fixed the hack job that was my bangs! I've never been happier with a haircut!
I see Ashley Earle and she is amazing, so sweet, and does exactly what I want with my hair. I couldn't be happier and definitely recommend her! I'm sure everyone else here is great too!
Gabrielle did an amazing job!! I absolutely love my ombré and have already received so many compliments!
