Just moved in here two weeks ago. My experience has been great. Kya, Katie, Josh, and all the other kind and helpful staff have been wonderful and great. Super affordable and a great place to live! I'm very happy with my decision to move here!
Katie and the team at The Residences at Wakefield are fantastic! They are always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. The community is well-maintained, and it’s clear they truly care about their residents. Highly recommend!
Have lived here for 2 years now Positives: maintenance guys are all very friendly & come to fix things quickly. The gym is nice & clean. The neighborhood is mostly quiet other than a couple loud neighbors. Big balconies. Location is nice with many stores nearby. The trees/plants/flowers are pretty within the neighborhood. Negatives: this is my 3rd summer here & the pool is NEVER open by Memorial Day weekend. They always wait to start getting it ready until summer, so it usually opens in late June which is super unfair consid... read more
