Have lived here for 2 years now Positives: maintenance guys are all very friendly & come to fix things quickly. The gym is nice & clean. The neighborhood is mostly quiet other than a couple loud neighbors. Big balconies. Location is nice with many stores nearby. The trees/plants/flowers are pretty within the neighborhood. Negatives: this is my 3rd summer here & the pool is NEVER open by Memorial Day weekend. They always wait to start getting it ready until summer, so it usually opens in late June which is super unfair consid... read more

We had a great experience with Kya. She was so kind, patient, and welcoming throughout the entire tour and the second time we came. We had our kids with us, and even with all the chaos that comes with that, she was incredibly understanding and gracious. She took her time, answered our questions, and made us feel comfortable the whole time. Her professionalism and positive attitude really stood out, and we truly appreciated how easy she made the experience for our family.
I highly recommend the Residences at Wakefield. I was given a tour by a staff member named Kya. Kya was very friendly and showed me everything I needed to see. The residence area is very very quiet and has a beautiful clean look. The residences themselves are very beautiful and I love the layouts. 10/10 recommendation.
