Lost and tossed – where to begin... The return trip to the airport started with bell trans having no record of our return on file... Despite the assurances on the printed return ticket they gave us on arrival. The driver himself was he'll on wheels. First he berated the elderly Asian man who dared to ask how long it would take to get to the airport. 10 minutes!! The driver yelled. drivers are untrained and rude – hired these guys for a wedding and in the middle of the service the driver wouldn't let anybody off the bus until he was paid. they said i was supposed to pay upfront. which is fine, however he should have told me in the beginning of service rather than wait until the middle and then verbally attack my guests about getting paid. he also dropped everyone off at the wrong spot. i'd give zero stars if i could. if you're looking for average or above average service, look elsewhere. this service w... read more
