Bell Trans Customer Service – I just booked a limo for my wedding in Vegas on 11/11/11. The rep I spoke with, Aiona, was SUPER helpful. He was knowledgeable about venues and services, understood all my needs and was very cheerful and upbeat. I didn't realize until after I hung up, that the time difference made it 6 a.m. in Vegas when I called. Aiona had mentioned it was the end of his shift. Best Shuttle Service – Bell Trans is the best shuttle service I have ever used. I go to Vegas often and always use them. I recently had an experience where I was standing in line to check in at McCarran when I realised I was without one of my bags. Panic stricken, I ran outside where someone pointed me in the direction of the Bell Trans desk. The people on the desk were so helpful to me. Limo Service – OUTSTANDING. We were in Vegas last week and needed a limo ride. NYNY recommended Bell Trans and what a great recommendation. The service was timely, the price was right and the driver was a blast. We had Troy and would request him again. It wasn't just Troy, the reservation person was very personable and helpful with suggestions. We went to Vegas for fun, Troy & Bell Trans made it more fun. Thanks!!!

Excellent service number #1 On Time and courteous driver! – We used to just take the taxi cab from McCarren airport to our home in Summerlin and it cost $$ but when we try Bell Trans limo it was less expensive and the service was excellent. we reserve a SUV and our driver Troy was courteous and pleasant! we enjoy the ride and got us to the airport on time. We will use Bell Trans again. Thank You. ~William

We rented one of your limos a week ago and I wanted to let you know how wonderful the experience was. The limo was lovely but most of all the service that we received from our limo driver Christopher was unbelievable. He was so friendly, attentive and professional. Bell Trans in Vegas - Great service! – Just came back from Vegas with a 45 people group and we had a great service with Bell Trans. The 2 buses were there upon our arrival and the drivers were very kind and polite and patient! They were sharp on time for our departure and everything went well. Used Shuttle and Limo - was great and cheap! – I have used Bell Trans twice lately. Once for the airport shuttle, and once for a bachelorette party limo with some girlfriends!! It was AMAZING! Everything went perfectly, from super easy booking, cheap prices (yeah - even for the limo! awesome), they were on time for both and were helpful and pleasant. Bad Service! Unreliable!!!! – We booked a reservation with Bell and when we got to the airport they told us to go to the wrong terminal! We called them twice to confirm we should go to terminal two. After a half hour getting to terminal two somebody at the airport told us they were wrong and it was at terminal one. Obviously upset, we get to the counter and the the guy was very rude! THEN IT TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR!!!! to get to our hotel, which was right by the airport! Then they were 20 minutes late picking us up from our hotel... read more
