Great facility. Just moved in and it was an extremely easy move in process, friendly staff, and no issues with anything whatsoever! Its an awesome location, and has every amenity that I need or want here. Being my first time moving into an apartment complex, I couldn't be more pleased with the experience that they were able to give me!
IMT Gateway’s maintenance team is HANDS DOWN the BEST in Nashville and surrounding. Quick to respond, professional, knowledgeable & most of all, they CARE about the community and each resident. Dalton and Andre’ are AMAZING!!! Shout out to Andre’ for an incredible job on my dishwasher repair - you go above and beyond every single time. Appreciate you all so much! <3
Apartments look beautiful but the leasing agent Sherri is dismissive and unfriendly. I called to inquire and she hung up on me. I then emailed and she misspelled my name and also dismissed setting me up to tour. Maybe get friendlier leasing staff if you want people to actually move in
Maintenance guys are the best!! Friendly and very efficient!!
