The team here always goes above and beyond. By far the best place I have lived since moving to Franklin. The crew and staff are exceptional.
The IMT Gateway maintenance team is the absolute BEST!!! When my heat stopped working, they worked for hours and replaced everything to get it repaired. Dalton, George and Andre tackled it as a team and had it running before the end of the day!
Great place to live, perfect location to everything Franklin has to offer, and always a timely response to maintenance requests.
The maintenance team always does a great job and takes care of our needs promptly.
Sherri was fantastic to work with! This move was planned for a long time and she made it effortless. She went above and beyond for making sure I found a unit that was the perfect fit.
