I have been here for six months, From Ray who handled our rental agreement to Dolton and Andre handling our maintenance as well as all of the other staff, our experience has been wonderful. Very well maintained complex. We are in building M. We had a small leak in the roof and they fixed it right away. Pool party was a blast and every month they hold a fun raffle or event. Sherri was wonderful, followed up with us with all the things we needed to get done especially moving from FL she was very helpful. The apartment complex is great

IMT Gateway maintenance team has SLAYED IT once again with their professionalism, knowledge, LIGHTING FAST service and dedication to the residents of this lovely community. Dalton and Andre are absolutely OUTSTANDING and put so much effort and care into every maintenance request. They always make it 100% right. Can’t thank them enough. So grateful to live here! 🙂

Sherri was great helping us get into a unit over a month earlier than intended, patient, and kind to us. Staff is friendly, our unit is beautiful, Maintenance was great and knowledgeable. We’ve only been here for week but talking to a lot of other people living here, seems to be a great place to be longer term. Thank you staff for being so welcoming.

I thought I was going to leave peacefully but they did not follow the move out terms. Staff has been less than helpful. Beware of how they handle bills, move out costs even when you have been there long term. Disappointed by their behavior and lack of accountability.
