I thought I was going to leave peacefully but they did not follow the move out terms. Staff has been less than helpful. Beware of how they handle bills, move out costs even when you have been there long term. Disappointed by their behavior and lack of accountability.

Ray Hampton made renting an apartment at IMT such an easy and enjoyable experience. He provided thorough tours of multiple apartments and took the time to walk us through all of the amenities, making sure we had all the information we needed to find the perfect fit. Great place to live, very peaceful at night on the property. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance which is really nice bonus. Ray in the office helped me find the perfect apartment based on my needs and got me settled in. The office staff is so easy to work with, very friendly and helpful.
Sherri made the move in process super easy! I love the community here, it’s quiet and well put together. Plus you have a few restaurants and a coffee shop in walking distance!
