I applied after touring the model home, only to find out that the building I had applied for was completely different and outdated from the rest of the units. There were no disclaimers or pictures on the site and there are no other units available that would work for me in the timeframe of my move, and they refused to refund my application fee. The IMT staff is always on top of our maintenance needs and have a great attitude as well. Very helpful!:) We are blessed with Dalton and the team! Andre came with a great attitude and fixed our stove and fridge and did new caulking in our tub - excellent job!:)
