The maintenance team at IMT Franklin Gateway is awesome! They respond quickly, and they’ve always fixed whatever issues we have and they are efficient!! And super kind!

I've lived here for just about 3 years and absolutely love it. I've had nothing but great experience with the staff, Janna, Ray and maintenance team. Any I rarely need a maintenance request they are quick to respond, usually same day or within the week. I get quick email responses. My only wish was possibly a trash service as the dumpster can be a bit far, especially in cold months. Thank you IMT for 3 great years!
IMT Gateway has been great! The move in process was as smooth and easy as I could have hoped for! I love the location and the attentive staff. Maintenance has been great. I love the quiet neighborhood and all the amenities offered. Look forward to staying here a while!
