We had a great experience. Working with Mark and Teresa was a breeze.
6 months ago I had a new kitchen floor installed by another provider. I was NOT happy with the product or installation. Enter Mark Bell and team to the rescue. Mark came out to measure and examine my pain points of the product. He explained what needed to be done to rectify the issues and why the LVT I sampled at his story would be a better fit for my needs. Wow! Great service from start to finish. Rita was fantastic in helping me navigate this confusing project. We re-carpeted a stairway and put down laminate in 3 rooms that all connected. Kevin and Fred, the laminate installers were masters of their trade. My carpet installers were also very experienced. Mark had a lot of input too.
