A Bell Brothers technicians was working at the Vintage Cooperative in Ankeny that is an over 55 community and nursing home. When I came to pick up my 90 year old mother the tech had parked his truck at the front of the building main entrance so anyone who was picking up someone had to back their vehicle up to get to the front sidewalk which is the main entrance for all. Attended to my issue promptly and without any hassles. My only mistake was calling Legends first. They scheduled me then 4 days later called to say they could not make the appointment because they were giving my spot to an elite “club member”. Had the nerve to ask if I wanted to reschedule. Why? So they could bump me again? I scheduled with Bell Brothers and they were straight forward and didn’t mess around. Don’t give your business to Service legends. Call Bell Brothers.
