Zach from Bell Brothers came out and relentlessly worked until he found the problems (bad motherboard wiring). A Bell Brothers technicians was working at the Vintage Cooperative in Ankeny that is an over 55 community and nursing home. When I came to pick up my 90 year old mother the tech had parked his truck at the front of the building main entrance so anyone who was picking up someone had to back their vehicle up to get to the front sidewalk which is the main entrance for all.
