RecommendedConsidering the number of service call I suspect they had coming in due the horrible cold weather, everyone was polite, concerned and communication regarding when service could be expected was great.
Arrived on time braving coldest weather in decades. Efficient, honest, knowledgeable, hygienic, and responsive to questions. Parts are reasonably priced and readily available. Very grateful for kindness and cleanliness.
Three AA batteries ended up with the tech hustling $902 out of me. Here’s how…Yesterday, 12/22/2022 I called, the temperature in my house was at 52*. Drew came out right away at 9am. Very nice and polite as he’s planning his scam. He ask if I’ve ever replaced my batteries. I explained I did in the smart IQ panel since I only use that one. Never thought about the other thermostat. Thanks for the help on the Holidays Our furnace went out over the Christmas holiday. We called other places and were told we would have to wait until their office opened or it would be double time. We called Bell Brothers and they came right out and had us running the same day! Payed a bit extra since it was a holiday but they were up front with the charges and they seemed fair. Will definately be calling them first next time.
