My family has come to this dentist office for years. We love our dentists! After working all night at my job as a caregiver, I drove over 45 minutes to get to my appointment. I was not quite 10 minutes late. Yes, that's my fault, but I did have a phone conversation with the front desk telling them that I was a few minutes behind. So, they knew. Rude front desk staff. Co workers have to apologize for one of them with her attitude. We goto a new dentist due to this and they refuse to send records to the new dentist office. Very unprofessional. They made us over pay on services and then refuse to send back the refund.
Edited to add how awesome Ashley was with my child's teeth cleaning. The first time we tried, he wouldn't even open his mouth. She suggested to bring him in for a morning appointment and that made all the difference! She was so patient and wonderful explaining each step and tool to him. Best dental office in the area! I started going here a lil over 1 year ago and its been a great experience each time. The providers and staff are kind and knowledgeable, wait times are short. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking.
