We offer a large variety of tattoo styles, from black and grey, dot work, mandala work and graphic linework to full-color traditional, japanese, script, realism, and much more. We provide new tattoos as well as cover-up tattoos. Monday - Saturday 12-7, Sunday by Appointment.

This shop has some of the most talented and friendliest artists I've worked with. I've enjoyed many hours here, and have some amazing artwork to show for it.
The tattooist who's done ALL of my work, about 40 hours worth, left the state and I was in a panic about going to a new artist. A friend referred me to Joe Paul and I couldn't have been happier. He was really sweet and understanding with my chatterbox nervous energy and made the process really easy for me. So happy I found him. Highly recommend!
Great shop with An amazing staff. They got me in last minute and did a super rad job on my tattoo. Morgan was professional and very chill. I highly recommend this shop to everyone.
I have had such a wonderful experience at Bell & Iron. Everyone at the shop is so friendly and welcoming. I had a great conversations with the clients and artist. They made my birthday really special! I would recommend this place to everyone. Morgan has done such a great job on my piece so far and bringing my idea to life. I can't wait for it to be finished.
Everything about this shop is pristine!!! Joe Paul has the lightest hand and the cleanest lines. You all have a gem of a tattoo shop here in Oakland. I will be back, whether it be just traveling (again!) from TN or if I move back to the Bay. And everyone in the shop is lovely; it has a real family vibe!!! I highly, highly recommend this shop.
