At Toyota working on getting Caleb out of his Ford Focus. Did I mention NOT to buy Ford Focus and DON'T buy from BELK Ford in Oxford?? It's all about the almighty dollar for them. They don't care about the safety of their customers!!!
The service was good but the car service suck . Instead of me waiting inside I waited out side because it was a nice morning . I started airing on Marvin about 8:10am it was about 10: 30 when I went back inside to check on my truck and who do I see Marvin not once did he come out front to see if I was still there . Your car service people should do better.
Even though I pulled over after closing time with no service department open, the guys closing went above and beyond to help me with a technical issue. I didn't get the Ford from them and the problem involved an after market part. Despite all these factors, they stayed over nearly an hour to help me. Without them, I don't know what I'd done. It's so good to know there are still people out there willing to help others! Thank you so much. I really hate I didn't get names.
