We broke down during an unfortunate time For my family. There had been a death and we were traveling and broke down... got towed to Belk Ford and were greeted warmly and assured that the truck would be repaired and we could be on our way. Mike Upton, Service Manager was super nice to work with and we appreciated his care and professionalism.
