I recently had my car in to Belk Ford/Toyota service for two recalls. They were very courteous and responsive. I had originally contacted them last fall about the recalls and they agreed to put me on a list. I called two more times in the winter and was told the same thing. After calling this spring about the same issue, I found them much more responsive and they quickly got my vehicle in, repaired and out in a timely manner. They redeemed themselves in the customer service department.

I can’t speak highly enough about Belk Ford. I bought my last car there 10 years ago and it was still going strong 185,000 miles later but it was time for something new. Jordan Bruce was amazing! He patiently worked with me for several hours (I’m picky) finding me the perfect car at an awesome price/interest rate! I was able to drive away a brand new 2018 Fusion because of him and his team. I highly recommend.
