Well I honestly had never had a problem here until today. All I needed was to get a prescript for my eye glasses and the first woman I spoke to was kind. However, when transferred to Optical I was met with nothing but attitude. I don't know if the employee was having a bad day or what but she was extremely unprofessional as well as rude. Customer service seems to be nonexistent when purchasing glasses. I purchased frames and lenses for over $200 on a Wednesday, August 2nd, and was told that if the glasses were not ready by Friday they would be ready on Monday and I would receive a phone call or text telling me they were in. Monday rolls around and no call or text. My wife goes by the office to see if maybe they forgot to call. It turns out they somehow melted the frames and had to order a new pair. Everyone in the office is very nice. They are very prompt. Dr. Belk takes time to explain what needs to be done to keep my eyes as healthy as possible. I really appreciate the time he takes to examine my eyes to make sure I'm getting the correct results.
LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Belk... I went to him from 1st grade up until he referred me to Dr. Thurber for LASIK at age 21. Awesome guy!
I always use Belk eye clinic. They are very professional, courteous, friendly, and have a wide variety of glasses. I really like them.
I have been going to Dr. Belk for years. Dr. Belk is an excellent Doctor and has taken good care of me and my family. The rest of the staff is equally great and caring, and always very helpful to me.
