My experience there was outstanding the staff was super friendly and hands on with the choosing of your glasses. And it was very speedy not a long wait at all.
My 6 year olds glasses broke. We start school in 3 days and they found us a loaner frame until his replacement frame can come in!!! Always helpful and friendly!

☺☺☺WOW!!! Never thought I would have such a great experience at a eye doctor appointment. Everyone was so professional and pleasant to work with and the staff worked great with each other. The doctor was very detailed with my exam and explained alot that I had questions about. The technition from the eye glasses dept. even helped me pick out the perfect frames. Great, professional and easy to deal with.

I called to make an appointment and was told my insurance REQUIRED this new screening and it adds $39.95 to my co-pay. I called VSP and confirmed this is not a requirement it's an add on if you choose. Surely it's a case of misinformation (sarcasm) they are doing it if no one says anything it's good if they get called out its oops we will fix it. Be careful and question costs they may accidentally charge you too much. if you paid after you was told it was a requirement contact the insurance company
I bought these a couple months ago and sat on them today and they fixed them for free!!! Are you kidding me????
