RecommendedMy daughter has seen Dr Williston for years, and he's always been great. But recently my son was hit in the eye with a baseball during a game in which Dr Williston witnessed the play. He immediately came to check his eye in which the bottom of the eye socket broke. He is very professional, caring, knowledgeable & went above & beyond to continue to check on our son after the accident. We will forever be grateful for him.
Always friendly and never had an issue in almost 8 years. Spoke with “Paige” today on phone. Very condescending and rude over the phone!!! Never happened before
I was calling to make eye appointments today for my family to be turned away on the phone because "my insurance no longer covers eye exams"--which isn't true. I called my insurance to verify and they agreed eye exams are 100% covered by Tricare Prime the lady on the phone was argumentative and condescending when I tried making my appointment. it is very sad because I was driving 45 minutes to go to this clinic because of its previous recommendations through a spouse site and now I am updating all of them of your new "policie... read more
Just got a second pair of glasses because the first ones weren’t right. You shouldn’t have to convince an employee why your new glasses don’t seem right. Between my vision insurance and my out of pocket expense, I should be able to see clearly. I will never go back here again. I have a $300 pair of glasses that I still can’t see out of.
