The Food was Awesome and Delicious Great Variety!
This stay was just okay and here is why. Fire Alarm sounded for about 40 minutes during dinner. I had to stand outside just to get a break as I developed a headache from the alarm. This happens fairly frequently per our waiter. None of the wait staff seemed to be concerned and offered no solution for its guest. 3 out of 10 meals were cold. Steaks were returned and reheated which changed a medium rare steak to a well done one. This is an á la carte restaurant and I expect more. Staying here for the night was the highlight of my get away. The room was so comfortable and spacious. We so enjoyed the wine tasting before dinner and the delicious pasta dinner in The Stonecutter Restaurant. The staff went out of their way to make our visit special. The morning breakfast in Edgar's was so lovely overlooking Seneca Lake. Thank you for everything.
Amazing place. Views spectacular. Food and service terrific.
