She was fast to reply, knowledgeable, professional and friendly at the same time. She was able to repair multiple issues with my stove, and was honest about the time and cost for the one item outside her expertise (the clock on the stove). Everything else was done quickly on site the same day, with parts that haven't been in circulation for decades. Wonderful.

My mother bought an Estate stove from Belgrove in the ****s and still has it! When the stove needed repair last year I tracked down Belgrove which is still in operation. I have never had a customer service experience feel like the most caring family member. ******** is an ****** The care she and her staff took with moms stove and with 96 year old mom will be remembered forever. In a world where A plus customer service and excellent work seems hard to find I found it with Belgrove.
