Our Blue Star oven would stop working after about 20 minutes. The electricity would shut off without tripping the circuit breaker. ******* spoke to ********* and they recommended a part.When that part arrived and didn't work ******* called the company and spoke to a few different parties. Through Carlita's persistence, they eventually provided a different part which they had never mentioned before. ******* had them provide the part, at no cost, and then installed the part, again at no cost. The Famous Stove Lady at Belgrove Appliance is truly dedicated to her business and her customers. She overnighted me a thermostat and stayed on the phone offering technical support to me so we could have our stove working in time for Thanksgiving, she was so patient with me while dealing with her own Thanksgiving preparations. Such a great experience and we have our stove working, finally, after a decade. Thank you!
My stove is a 1960 Royal Rose in need of a stove k*** ******* continued to work with me until she shipped me one that fits after buying universal k**** that didnt. Her work is fantastic and professional. I was amazed how she continued to work with me until I was happy with the stove k**** she sent. If you have a vintage or need help with parts, look up *******, you will not be disappointed!!! **** *******
******* was super helpful and her team was easy to work with. My 1950 wedgewood stove is working like new. highly recommend if you are on the east coast and need help with your older stove

Belgrove has proven to be the experts at repairing and reconditioning vintage stoves. We have a 75 year old ***** Range that was on its way to the graveyard. Since we found Belgrove six years ago and with continued maintenance our stove is working very well. They really know stoves no matter how old.
Superb expert care for our stove, and us stove lovers as well.******* and her team helped us save our much loved 1940's ******** stove. I would have been heartbroken to let it go, as it has the best flame broiler for fish and even the new Vikings don't have the same thing, so. . . .
