I had issues with the fire not coming out evenly on my stove and even causing the bottom of our pots to burn. I sent pictures and a video in and had an immediate response advising me to try to clean out my burners thoroughly first . That fixed the problem! Our Crown vintage stove, in *************, was not working properly and The STove Lady scheduled a *************** call. She instructed me as to what I would need during the call in order to perform the fix myself, if possible.
