I loved this place and would normally give it 5 stars, but I have to give it the lowest rating because the management is completely unwilling to work with us on a unique situation. We booked a two night stay, Sun Sep 27 and Mon Sep 28 (Cumming, GA location). On the first night, our teenage daughter attempted suicide and was rushed to the ER, later to the Children's Hospital, followed by a week in a mental health inpatient facility. It’s a really great room and very clean and a very romantic place
We went for our honeymoon and loved the room. We really only went in the pool twice out of the five nights we stayed, but I guess we’re just not swimmers. The staff was fantastic. The room was spacious and beautiful, the bed was comfy! My husband said it sucked you in. Our only issues were the pizza and the cookies. I don’t know if maybe it was just an off night or something, but both seemed to be severely under-baked when we ordered them. Like I couldn’t even pick up the cookie without it falling apart. Enjoyed our time. The personal pool was great and it was a very romantic get-a-way. Even the grounds are well kept and nice to walk around.
