Bel jewelers is a disgrace!!!! My husband purchased me a bracelet for our anniversary & it didn't fit!! It was a 6" , not 7" which is standard bracelet size, he was never told that it was an extra small bracelet needless to say it didn't fit my wrist!!! Went back to get our money back & the rude owner said no refunds!! They wanted to put an ugly lobster claw clasp, I didn't want that!! I walked in to the store last Saturday with no appointment and they resized and cleaned both my engagement and wedding rings in less than 2 hours. The staff was so friendly and nice and accommodating, it was such a pleasant experience, I would highly recommend them!
