I bought a groupon for two shellac manicures. They looked horrible! We had to go straight to another salon to have them fixed. Our nails were filed crooked and painted sloppy. My three year old could have done a better job. I think a manicure should have lotion rubbed on and cuticles cut at some point! Neither existed in our manicures. We were very disappointed in the salon! Enter at your own risk!
I love this salon so much!!!!! The staff was so friendly and made me feel welcome! I LOVED the way my hair came out my stylist really listened to me and cared about what I wanted! She also taught me how to style my hair fast and easy, the product line is amazing I have never had my hair so soft, and the salon is soo clean. The energy between the girls is amazing and real. They really love their profession and each other, most of all they care about the customer (me) lol, its something not often seen. I highly recommend them.
I am so glad I found this salon! Not only is it beautiful inside, it is clean, the staff is very friendly, and they make you feel very welcome. My stylist was outgoing, and really impressed me with her professionalism and fun personality. My hair turned out great, and my shellac manicure was beautiful. Plus, after going to the salon, they send you text alerts of specials they are running, so you find out about it first and get to take advantage of their discounts. I had my hair cut and colored by Tia at Bei Capelli, she did a great job and did exactly what I wanted. The salon was very upscale (especially for Lubbock) and all the girls seemed really nice. I'll definitely be going back!
I have to say reading another review I strongly disagree krista has been doing my hair for 5 years and has been the best hairdresser ive found in lubbock she fixed my hair from anothers mistakes and id never go anywhere else but her I just love how well she does my hair she also does some of my co workers who hair always look amazing and they feel the same way.
Do not let Crista or Ashley touch your hair! I started with long blonde hair and just wanted to touch up my roots and add a few low lights. Crista colored my hair and colored a huge chunk orange/blonde. I went back the next day to fix it and she colored my hair a pink washed out purple color. I called talk to the owner and she set me up with Ashley. Ashley tried to turn my hair an ash blonde but instead the ash blonde turned green. So I had really dark brown hair with green streaks.
