Awful doctor. He did a terrible job on surgery and my knee will forever be ruined because of him. Don’t go to him find anyone else.
I had knee surgery with him and am still paying the price. He put the graft in the wrong place and I’ve needed many corrective surgeries. Avoid him at all costs.
Dr. Robert is amazing. She provides excellent, compassionate care for my entire family. She isn't just treating one of us, she treats the family. Her staff is great.
Dr Arcand misdiagnosed back pain along with ongoing GI issues as “arthritis” (arthritis doesn’t cause diarrhea) and was referred to PT which made the pain worse. By the time it was finally correctly diagnosed, it was stage 4 cancer.
Dr. Roberts is a physician that ask questions and listens. She is easily engaged; and as a result, I never leave feeling the appointment was rushed. I recommend Dr. Roberts to anyone who is looking for a PCP.
Been with his doctor for three years. She is very friendly and easy to talk to. Always asks questions of any concerns and always explains everything clearly.
Dr Roberts is a sweet and caring doctor. Her staff is rude, unprofessional, and I will not go back because of them. I have called dept of health based on their unprofessional behavior and it’s a shame because dr Roberts really is a great physician. I agree with the poster before me.
Doctor Roberts is a wonderful person. Her staff at Tollgate health is what gives this physcian 1 star. They are increbily RUDE. I've never felt so uncomfortable. No details need to be shared on a public post but they have literally made my life hell. I will never be going back to this place unless she has a new staff.
Doctor Behrens forgot the oath he took to deserve his title as a doctor. At 60 years old and suffered a freak injury that was extremely painful to me. Without going into details he refused me more pain meds which are narcotics and I understood do to the epidemic occurring. .....but there are other pain meds available that he could have prescribed. His dismissal of my pain baffles me....would he allow his mom to experience the pain I was experiencing? No compassion.
