If I could I would give zero stars. Worst mental health organization I’ve ever had to go to and I’ve struggled all my life with panic disorder, anxiety disorder, ptsd. I have Medicare so they give me a new provider every six months and they are training on me! They’ve told me that! I believe someone else mentioned about this being the place to go for for minor (maintenance) care. I liked my therapist, but there is a severe lack of communication. I was supposed to get a call regarding going to PHP, and a week later, never recieved one... I was supposed to get involved in an art therapy group, and never recieved a call...My last appointment (that I canceled because I gave up) was scheduled out for 6 weeks, even though my therapist wanted to see me weekly... Sorry I have to edit this. My opinion has changed to what feels like a 1 but I can't do stuff like that and there's wonderful people here. Munson and the policies I just am not a fan of and they've kind of caused me to feel hopeless. Is what it is and I've tried. There's definitely kind people here but I recommend this place for people who are struggling with minor issues and don't have a history of head injuries or adhd that is documented to be very bad. Great people though.
Super nice people behind the desk. Only office I've been where I'm remembered by name totally blows my mind. Opperman and Chad are great they do a fantastic job for the people and entitlement they have to put up with in this city. 👍 👏 FRONT DESK 👍 👏 Thank you!!!!!!!
