Back in July they terminated my son's therapy because i had only given them 13 hrs from the 15 hrs my son needed to take. After me telling the supervisor to give me till August and i can giver her the 2 hrs. No she decided to terminated him. He was there for a 1yr and they had to re-evaluate his hours, which they failed. When he had hours changed in the summer i requested a certain therapist that he was doing well. My BT and case manager are easy to talk to and flexible. They take their time to listen to any concerns and they are thorough in explaining goals and expectations. Our BT Victoria is the best. My son has grown so much through her care. She is a BT that you know loves what she do and really cares for her patients. We can’t thank you enough Victoria!
