Instead of a 2 week wait, I had a nice Service Representative here by noon. Craig Buck was very kind and found the problem with our furnace and had working within 20 minutes. We trust Beeson's and would recommend their service to anyone.
The tech was very knowledgeable and explained things to allow me to understand them.
A great experience, top notch, with Pex replacing the piping under the house. Shout out to Feldhouse, Austin for all they did.
Craig came to check my furnace because I thought it ran constantly. He graciously explained that the furnace has a humidifier on it that keeps the house at a constant humidity level. There was nothing wrong, I am very pleased with Craig’s report and for the record he is an absolute gentleman.
Beeson has been ripping off my 95 year old mother for years. They gave an estimate that seemed too high to replace her compressor on her AC unit and when I got another estimate it was over $4000 less. Needless to say we used the other guys. They also sent a bill for $109 to cover the service call when she already had a VIP maintenance agreement
