Even though I did not end up renting from Beeline, I sure wish I did. Now that I am renting from another management company, I realize how nice and helpful Beeline was. Not to mention how much nicer the houses they offered are. I plan on renting from them as soon as I move out of my current place.

beeline has made things better for the owners by requiring renter insurance to tenants. This is a great idea and the best work of a property manager on my behalf. very pleased!
Highly Recommended Beeline has been a great property management company to rent from. Their "payday plan" program helps me to spread out my payments and have enough money left to pay my other bills. It isn't easy int his economy to live paycheck to paycheck, but Beeline does what they can to help out. I highly recommend them!

Great People – They were very helpful and kind to me when I was looking for a house to rent in Temecula. I was moving to the area from Fallbrook, and so I wasn't familiar with any property management companies in the area. Honestly, Beeline had the nicest people out of all of the different managers I dealt with.
Impressed I've rented a home from them and I was impressed from start to finish. Their homes are in great condition and I can tell that they take care of business. The staff at Beeline are doing a great job for me.
