The burgers weren't as we ordered but the waiter was excellent and the food was not hot when it came to our table , sadly

Poor service over the last year or so. Need to get back the old waiter staff
The food was good but the service would have to get much better before I'd ever want to go back. It took us forever to get our food, I had to ask for an ice water from three different people before getting my drink, and it took me asking the manager to process our payment after the card laid on the table for at least 10 minutes for us to be able to leave. Just a bad experience overall, which is a shame for a chain I had a good opinion before going to the Kingsport location.
