First time there, food was great one of the best burgers I've had in a restaurant.. Service was good..

Had to wait well over 30 minutes for our food. No one seemed to know what they was doing. We won't be returning.
The food was "OK" but not worth the $.the chicken taste like it was put in a microwave and the philly cheese steak was too small.
Although our server was pleasant, the service was pitiful. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and my husband ordered the Prime rib sandwich. They are literally on a bun the size of a hotdog bun. Having paid $13 for the Prime rib sandwich, one would expect alot more. There is NO WAY we will be back to the Kingsport location! 2 weeks ago I was charged for my family's meal and the patron who sat behind me. I spoke with staff that day and was told charges would be credited to my bank account. I called manager next day and was told he would refund my money and give me a gift certificate . Called to pick that up today and no refund waiting for me. And manager I spoke to was out of town.
Great food and unbeatable service.
