Overall the service was good but they really need a buzzer or chime on the door or they need to reinstate a host/hostess at the door. I am a very frequent visitor and 7 out of the last 10 times I have been there I had to stand and wait at the door for almost 10 minutes before being noticed, sometimes with wait staff walking around with cell phones in their ears ignoring me. Shit food! Crack head waitress! I would rather have gone to a drivethru! Manager said she appreciated that I had a bad experience! My girlfriend got sick from the shit food! Worst possible dinning experience I could ever have! Stay away from this shitstop! I wish I could give a negative review!
Being from Florida where beefs was founded and seeing this up here in kingsport made me feel at home.
Love the atmosphere and Sheree & Mike are great people. Of course the rest of the staff are awesome.
