Lived with them for 2 years. Had a lot of horrible experiences with the constantly changing groups of management. The icing on the cake was getting a call from collections almost a full year after moving out. They charged me about $300 in misc fees, and couldn’t even call, email, or send me a letter notifying that payment was due. Instead, they took it straight to collections and destroyed my credit. Crazy unprofessional and focused on taking advantage of students.
Beechwood village is the best, very clean and great staff. Leasing consultants are very nice and very helpful!
The layout of these apartments is excellent and the people are great! The pool is also very nice!
Beechwood village offers nice living for students going to U of A I would totally recommend living here for your college career!
Working at Beechwood doesn’t feel like a job! It’s easily the best job I’ve ever had. Amazing managers, and co-workers! Highly recommend applying to work here(-:
