I stayed here the first year they were open and it was literally the worst experience of my life. The ceiling leaked the wall had mold (from the leaky ceiling) no one ever did anything about it aside from paint over it when it dried. Terrible construction terrible company. I was just babysitting some animals and half the units are under major repairs and the interier quality is pretty low.
Charged you in the end for the deposit even though it was suppose to be waived and tried to cover it up by blaming it on other non sense. Charged me for a painting fee after they had PAINTED over black mold in our apartment. Tried to switch the contracts my roommate and I had signed at the beginning AFTER signing it, to a four bedroom contract.. i do not recommend at all.
