RecommendedShannon on the emergency maintenance staff is THE BEST. She literally rescued me from a bug infestation and made sure i felt safe enough to sleep in my room before she left. She was so personable, friendly and was so positive about getting rid of the bugs and really helped decrease my anxiety about the whole situation. She was SO AMAZING, and did such a good job, can't say enough good things about her!
The staff is always nice every time I go to the office. Madison always helps me out!

I was honestly debating on whether or not I wanted to live at beechwood next semester up until I talked with Madison McFadden. She was extremely helpful and and showed me all of the different floor plans as well as monthly rates. Highly recommend checking out beechwood and at least taking a tour.
MADISON MCFADDEN IS A STUD IN THE OFFICE. Loving living in beechwood. Can’t wait to live here next year.
