I never went to the dealership!! I emailed them about the car and the person on the other end of email response did not really tell me anything but what the price was with the tax!! Well DUH ,we see the price listed and know how to figure the taxes. Made me feel like they were trying to be a smartelic with the reply I got when I asked the price out the door so I didn't waste a hour drive for nothing,lol yes I bought a car from a different dealership
Was very good Kevin Turner was awesome very good and professional. He stayed till 9:30 or more to make sure we were taking care of
I purchased this car, and free warranty only for engine and transmission, but after few days I spent more for front and rear suspension system, and steering control system, tpms, these were exciting problems when I bought it.......
Not helpful, not interactive, priced to high, vehicle I came for was not as advertised. They didn't seem really interested in making a deal or even selling to me. I came with 20K cash & left without a car. Money wasn't the issue.
Responded quickly. Test drive and bought the car. I love it so far. They worked hard to get ne financed
Prompt in returning email and contacting me without pressure. I bought a car closer to home and will still consider Beechmont for future purchase.
Quick response, but vehicle sold before I arranged appointment to see. Not 'the vehicle already sold-look at this one' game though.
