They set up a time to meet and test drive the vehicle with their rep. He was scheduled off the day I went, was helped by a person who knew nothing about Mazda's. He was ok. Bought the car the next day, but told him about a noise in the engine area the day of the test drive. Found out it was the cover under the engine that looked like lost a retention screw. He said service would fix it. Found out they did, they used a zip tie, smh!! Seriously??? I understand that as is, but, you're reputation is going to be forefront and now... read more

Drove 36 miles one way from my house to dealer only to find out that the car I wanted to test drive was not there.All I got was "sorry".I guess being only 18 did not impress the dealer. The worst part is now the dealer is contacting me to test drive cars. I WILL never visit this dealer the rest of my life. [ hopefully that is a long time.]
