We felt like the salesman we worked with was disinterested in the sale. This was our first experience buying a car online and would have preferred more contact, more information, etc. We were choosing between 3 vehicles at 3 different dealerships. This one was different from others. Could easily see this being a positive for other buyers - just wasn't exactly what we were looking for. The price was good and they gave a decent amount for our trade-in.
