They responded back about the car i was interested in they said they would get back with pics of car since the vehicle is going under inspection they were nice and said once the vehicle is ready they will send me pics

Purchased a barely used Outback from these folks. We were coming from out of state because of the option to buy this low mileage, current model. Sales associate was very easy to work with and not a pressure-type. Since we were coming from a few hours away, we were able to do most of the paperwork ahead of time. Good experience overall.
I purchased the vehicle. They had all of the paper work completed and the car cleaned when I came to pick it up.
Car had a cracked windshield, huge dents on roof and doors that failed to make the pictures. Looked under the hood to find the car had no coolant. Not what I would expect from a Subaru dealership
Called me to see the car. When I arrived the car had been taken home by the service manager! Very unprofessional.
They were very friendly, the manager even came out to speak with me after the test drive. I ended up purchasing the car, inwould definetly refer this dealership to others.
Overall a great experience. Bought the vehicle.
Sales person responded quickly and was knowledgeable about the vehicle .
