They replied to me at 9:00 on a Saturday morning. Did not hear back. I had to contact them at 12:00. Saleswoman said they were busy and she hadn't had time to talk to manager. She said she would get back to me. Didn't hear anything until I sent another email the following Thursday. Finally the manager replied to tell me the truck I was interested in had been sold. Very poor business practice if you ask me.

Did not end up buying car from them however they were in touch immediately answering any questions and following up .
This was an out of state purchase, so I was not sure how difficult the transaction would be. But everybody at BeechMont was extremely helpful and things could not have gone more smoothly. Our salesman went out of his way to make sure all of our questions were answered and everything was taken care of properly and on time. The finance team was also great to work with. This was one of the best dealerships I have ever worked with when buying a car.
Quick response. Very pleasant atmosphere in showroom. Low pressure. Joe P. is an excellent salesman and helpful. He stayed late after hours with no pressure to close a deal. Purchased vehicle three weeks ago and I am very happy with it.
