Talked with them by phone, they were responsive and helpful. It's only a perk to go through them if you live in town though because they offer services that require you to return to their dealership (oil changes for life of car).

Car was nice on the outside, but the inside was a different story, had really bad stains throughout the entire van, sales person was nice. I would recommend them

Fast & easy to deal with, but then again I knew (kinda) what I was looking for, and what to look for. They would have gotten an excellent had they fixed a few obvious issues with the car prior to me having to include the fixes as part of the purchase - c'mon guys, you can go that extra mile to better prep your product!
