Low pressure, great customer service
Non stop calls & emails until almost a month after I contacted them about a car they sold the day after I inquired about it. Very annoying, would rather deal with literally anyone else

Honest. Not thirsty to make a sale. Answered all my questions. And they honored my warranty for the vehicle.
Very disappointed. Drove 1.5 hours to see a CPO 22 RAM. Truck front bumper was clearly repainted. Lines from where they masked it off with tape was CLEARLY evident. Damage not listed on Carfax staff was very cold. Ridiculous for a Certified Pre Owned. Waste of a trip, very disappointing.

They held the car I was interested in for 24 hours until I could touch base to make a deposit. When I arrived 5 days later to have a test drive, the car was cleaned and ready. During the test drive the sales person answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable.
