The quality of the apartments could improve majorly. I do not like how these apartments do not have washer and dryer hook ups. And don't even get me started on the noises here. Good luck sleeping in these apartments, unless you live in the corner. This place is also known to habitat many weed smokers as well. Sometimes my roommates and I can smell weed from the people below us. Shit hole. Office or maintenance never answer the phones weve been here 2 months and have had mold fleas spiders . Ac has been out for a few days and no one has came to fix it or answered the phones from us calling. Management people are idiots and dont care about anything but money. Cant wait til lease is up. Never would recommend.
If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. We have lived here for almost a year and it has been an absolute nightmare since moving in. I'm pretty sure that we are the only people in this entire complex that doesn't smoke. This causes the entire building to smell and the smoke to come in through the A/C and make our apartment smell like smoke even though neither of us smoke. I took immaculate care of my apartment. Moved out and even had friends who were professional cleaners come and help me move out appliances and clean the apartment from ceiling to floor (including vents). I received a bill a month later for $595 for alleged repairs and cleaning fees. Not considerate since I had black mold in the vents and yellow ooze creeping out of my bathroom ceiling and walls the entire time I lived there and not once was my complaint ever documented or acknowledged.
