I used to like this place when I first moved here , but the new owners are invoking charges for things that were included in the rent by previous owner . They demand that you pay rent by automatic deduction or charge a $30.00 a month fee if you don’t . Then they take extra charges out of it without any notification ( heating ) .... the beech meadow maintenance are doing a good job they are cracking down on people who don't live in these apartments now I'll give them 5 starts keep up the good work beech meadow
I like the apartment but the neighborhood is harassing he keeps banging my floor making noises everyday
I like it here but if they keep charging me and my fiance on 3/14/19 I'm be finding another place to live they keep sending me a bill saying that we have to pay the trash fee, utilities charge service,and water usage which my lease isn't up for this year so they needed to keep taken out of the rent they get everything else why can't they trash fee, utility charge service,and water usage I been here since 3/14/19 and they are harassing us so should I sue them for harassing so I'll give them a one star
the management is not good only stayed there a year .
We moved into our 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom apartment December 2017 on a Christmas promo and the price was decent. We loved the staff and they always made sure we were taken care of. They would let us know when to expect the maintenance crew and they always left a courtesy notification so we knew the time service was completed which is why we decided to resign for another year and now we wish we hadn’t. I really like Beechgrove meadow apts. I’ve been here 11 years. My grandkids don’t live here, they come stay the weekends and they really likes it here too. During spring and summer, they go swimming on weekends and plus they always have kids to play with here. This complex have lots of kids here and my grandkids always have fun playing with other kids.
