I've been here for over 4 years and I LOVE it here! The office staff is so helpful and they always have the renters in mind. We have so many activities that the community gets together to participate in as well as the kids too. Whenever mainence is called, they're here within 24 hours...sometimes quicker if it's important and they always do thier best! I love living here and I'm proud to be apart of the community!
I love how friendly the staff and other residents are. How willing they are to help resolve any issues is fantastic!! I am going enjoy many more years to come with this great family oriented community.
My experience since I've lived in Beech Meadow has been very good call maintenance they come and fix the problem immediately the office staff is handled everything for me very professionally and always has the right answer when you ask him what to do with certain situations I just want to thank you all for your help with my transition of moving here
The office staff has always been very helpful and courteous to me. I needed help from the Trustee and the Franklin Township Trustee told me these apartments are one of the easiest and best to deal with!
Lived here for awhile now, Minor Issues I've had, Maintenance fixed them ASAP! Management is great to talk to, and understanding. Courtesy Officer's are polite, and quick when called. Lived here for over a year will be renewing lease. Don't know why this place get's a bad Rap, If you pay rent on time, don't destroy your apartment, and don't let people, boyfriends, girlfriends, or friends move in or act like an idiot while on property you should have an enjoyable experience living here. Why is my heat not working again on the coldest day of the week. They've "fixed" it plenty of times. But yet it never seems to stay fixed. There is a 1 year old in this apartment and our house is at 64° when it's set at 76.
If you have a family DO NOT MOVE here HORRIBLE managing service and They also have a Super bad drug issue i've witnessed with my own eyes. The apartments them self are very disgusting and need worked on badly. Keep your family and friends out of these .

The apartments are terrible. they do not fix nothing that you ask. somebody already shit in the pool this year. They will try to f*** you with fees left and right. They do not work with you. they let thieving contractors in your apartment when you are not there. There has been multiple cases of bed bugs in the five months I've lived here. the parking sucks good luck finding a spot in front of your building. not to mention the over abundance of stray cats. Plus the manager is a white privileged cunt. Good Luck.
