RecommendedI have been living there for almost 5 years . The property manager Ms. Heather is very professional along with courteous , professional staff, the maintenance and service is very prompt and fast. love the pool small gym and the club house ! i would highly recommend this place

Lived here over a year now and we love it. Our apartment is cozy and attractive, we have a good relationship with the neighbors in our quad and the ground are well-kept. We haven't had a major issue. I often have to walk my dog in early hours and feel safe doing so. Rent is very affordable. The only way I would move out is if we get a house.
This apartment complex is so unorganized, very slow woth maintance. They just paint over there problems. I went 2 months without heat because they said it was fine. They didnt even care to check how much gas was flowing or if the pilot light was even on. Under there sinks are not up to code, big holes and openings and just spray painted black. Great apartments with lots of updates. Very friendly staff. Close to restaurants, shopping, 465 & I-65.
Worst apartment complex ever!! Pool is never open. Maintenance men have no clue what there doing. There rude. They raise your rent unexpectedly. Give you no notice at all. They call a crappy slide and broken rocking type thing a park. If you bring a extra guest to the pool you have to pay $2. Then last weekend the staff had a weekend off to go to kings island and they were gonna close the pool. The maintenance men also use there keys for wrong reasons.
