I live in Missouri and was in town for a baseball tournament. I came in for an extra battery and was met with wonderful, honest and super funny staff. Rayleen and another little gal were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me out! I love our store in Springfield and I’m not surprised at all by the wonderful staff here at your store in Little Rock!
I Love Bedford Camera & Video� The staff did an excellent job of making a DVD off of an old VHS tape of my memories.
We came in last week to get a camera fixed and ended up walking out with a new one instead! Thank you to Matthew for being a huge help in picking out the right one for my daughter. She is loving it and can't wait to get out and use it more. Thank you for also helping get the charging cord switched out so quickly!
Amazing place, the staff are all passionate about photography and know their stuff. They won't try to sell you something you don't need which is why I keep coming back.

It's funny how I tried to come in here and get a loan for a camera and was denied, I go to Fayetteville Bedford camera and video for the same camera and get approved doesn't make any sense, I think it's pure laziness!
I work will alternative process and film cameras for fine art purposes. I have repeatedly received dirty negatives back and now I've been charged over $100 for low-rez scans of negatives after waiting a week. This company is a joke and does not handle film properly at all.
Went in to trade in two cameras for one other and a lens, when my gear was appraised i was offered less than what it would cost just to get the lens. Now i know they have to make a profit but, the prices they offered me where beyond just an insult, sad to see such anti consumer practices coming from what should be a great place for people to do business. Will never receive my business ever and ill inform the community of photographers around me to stay away as well!
A tad late on my review, but I called about two weeks ago with a monitor calibration question. Mind you, I live in Oklahoma City and I had phoned Bedford's toll free, customer service line. The operator could not answer my question, but assured me that someone from one of their retail stores would call me directly. A few minutes passed and Ben rings my phone.
