Let me tell you a little story about customer service and Mathew 'Bear Paw' Dyson. This man single handedly saved my business trip from complete disaster. I was traveling from Pennsylvania to Kentucky to film for an outdoor event. When I arrived to the venue to my dismay my equipment was not functioning properly.
